“Bring A Friend” Award
1. The “FRIEND” has to be someone that has not shown at the Region 3 Championships the previous year.
2. The “BRINGER” did not have to attend the Region 3 Championships the previous year.
3. The “BRINGER” pays regular fees and must show their horse.
4. The “FRIEND” pays regular fees and must show their horse.
5. The “BRINGER” and the “FRIEND” will both receive a gift.
6. The “BRINGER” must sign up in the Region 3 Show Office and identify their FRIEND in order to receive their gift.
7. The “FRIEND” must sign up in the Region 3 Show Office and identify their BRINGER in order to receive their gift.
8. A “BRINGER” can bring more than one “FRIEND.”

Region 3 Championships Refund Policy: All refund requests made July 1 or before will be honored in full. After July 1, you must submit a Veterinarian's Certificate to the Region 3 Committee declaring the horse is unable to compete to receive a refund of your fees. If you wish to substitute another horse for the same entries Region 3 will allow that after the July 1 deadline. The 5% convenience fee applied to credit card payments is nonrefundable. Refunds are made by check after the show closes.
"Horses are entered at your own risk and are subject to AQHA rules, under which these classes will be conducted. In case of death, accident, injury or theft, to the exhibitor, their family, horses or property, no claims will be honored either against this show or managing facility."
