AQHA Professional Horseman Clinics Tuesday, July 14 / Coliseum 7:00 p.m. / Trail Clinic with Lance Treptow The Trail Clinic will be held at 7pm Tuesday night prior to the start of The Region 3 Experience. The clinic will be held in the coliseum, utilizing the trail obstacles that will be used in the trail classes held Wednesday morning. AQHA Professional Horseman and AQHA judge Lance Treptow will present the clinic, assisted by additional Region 3 Professional Horseman. The Trail Clinic is open ONLY to Novice Youth and Novice Amateur exhibitors that will be showing in the Novice Trail classes at the Region 3 Experience, but anyone can audit the clinic, and all trail exhibitors will have access to the trail pattern for practice after the clinic. The Trail Clinic is limited to 6 participants only - FULL THANK YOU! Wednesday – July 15 / Judging Arena 9:00 a.m. / Showmanship Clinic with Dianne Eppers AQHA Professional Horseman Dianne Eppers will present a Showmanship at Halter clinic on Wednesday morning at 9am. The clinic will be held in the Judge’s Arena, and Dianne will cover each of the patterns that will be used during the Showmanship at Halter classes held on Thursday. The Showmanship at Halter Clinic is open for audit, but will be limited to 8 participants only - FULL THANK YOU! Wednesday – July 15 / Horse Barn Afternoon / Exact Time to be Announced ----Banding Manes ----Braiding in Tail Extensions Thursday – July 16 / Judging Arena 9:00 a.m. / Hunt Seat Equitation Clinic with Stephanie Lynn The Hunt Seat Equitation Clinic, presented by AQHA Professional Horseman and AQHA Judge Stephanie Lynn will be held on Thursday morning at 9am. The clinic will be held in the Judge’s Arena, and Stephanie will cover each of the patterns that will be used during the Hunter Under Saddle classes held on Friday. The Hunter under Saddle Clinic is open for audit, but will be limited to 10 riders only, so sign up now! Thursday – July 16 / Horse Barn Afternoon / Exact Time to be Announced -----Braiding Manes Mini-Clinics: The Mini Clinics will take place in the main aisle of the horse barn, adjacent to the Custom Tails booth. These short clinics will give you helpful hints on professional banding, braiding and tail extension application. Actual clinic times will be posted at a later date, so check the Region 3 web site for further information. No sign up is necessary for the mini-clinics. |
